Buffy and Faith seem to be getting along much better as they patrol! I wish they would talk about something other than boys, though. Like slaying tactics and weapons and their favorite movies or something.
… A school counselor smoking in his office… what world is this… He does give somewhat good advice, though. Too bad it won’t last :B
AND BUFFY SEES ANGEL! At least he managed to put on pants before leaving the house. Of course they go right to fighting and Buffy knocks him out. Nothing can ever be simple between those two.
I’m here for more of Willow breaking and entering! Even more so if it involves some investigative science. I so appreciate when we get to see her show how intelligent she is and how she doesn’t hesitate to do what needs to be done.
Angel, chained up and feral. Whatever is going to happen?
It tickles me that Giles has a card index for his occult books! One would think he’d want to keep all of that away from possible discovery by school staff and students.
Another good conversation between Buffy and Giles where Buffy trusts him enough to ask questions and Giles doesn’t dismiss her or her feelings. It also gives us a good idea of what Angel’s been through and why he’s come back all feral.
Now we know Pete is totally up to something. Especially with the following scene where murder happens! You know, this is like the fish swim team all over again but with green juice and abuse.
And since we also know Oz isn’t guilty of murder, suddenly it’s totally fine for him to lock himself in the cage and have no one watch him…
I HATE Buffy telling Debbie not to get hit. It wasn’t her fault! They could have handled this so much better and yet they went with that.
Sure, Angel. Get free!
Oz, just eat Pete!!! No one will miss him.
SLKDFJLSFK I DO LOVE GILES GETTING HIT BY THE TRANQ!! The acting is superb. Not here for Debbie doing what she does, but it’s understandable considering the abusive relationship dynamics.
I loooove Angel getting in there to join the fight and fuck Pete up! Him saying Buffy’s name and basically going down to his knees in front of her hurts so much, though. SMG’s expressions here are a knife to my heart.
Scott is sweet, but he’s such a non-entity to me that I always forget he exists unless he’s right there on the screen. I do like the added complication of him + Angel being back, though. Not that I remember how that gets solved…
